Your life abroad fell apart, or never came together. Let's rebuild it on purpose.

I'm a psychology-trained coach for English-speaking expats aged 25 to 35. I left home at 18 and rebuilt my life three times. Now I help you do it in 8 weeks instead of 8 years.

Founding price for my first 5 clients: 800 EUR for 8 weeks. Online, in English.

Twice by accident, once on purpose. The third rebuild took a fraction of the time, because I had a plan before I needed one.

If this sounds like your week, we should talk

  • Your life looks fine from home. From the inside it has no shape.
  • You know what you should do. You don't do it, and you can't explain why.
  • You have acquaintances here, but nobody you would call at 2am.
  • Going home feels like visiting someone else's life. Staying feels temporary.
  • Something ended: a relationship, a job, a city. You have to start again and you're tired of guessing.

Been there, then studied it

I moved to the UK at 18 with no plan and no savings. The first year was the loneliest of my life. I built a life anyway: degrees, a career in management, an engagement. It fell apart. I moved to London and built again. That fell apart too.

Now I live in Brno and I'm doing it the third time, on purpose. Same person, different method: a clear direction, a routine I can carry, and the right people around me.

I also hold two psychology degrees and I'm finishing a PhD. So I won't just tell you it's hard abroad. I'll show you what is actually going on in your head, and then what to do on Monday.

What's behind the method

  • BSc PsychologyUniversity of Derby
  • MSc Health PsychologyUniversity of Derby
  • PhD, in progressHealth Sciences University
  • Store manager at 23Led teams in 4 UK brands
  • Three rebuildsDerby, London, Brno

I'm a coach, not a therapist. If what you need is therapy, I'll tell you on the first call and point you to the right person.

Reset & Rebuild: 8 weeks, 1:1

Four phases, two weeks each. You leave with a written plan for what comes next and the routine to carry it without me.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Audit

An honest look at where you are. You talk, I listen, then I tell you the patterns I see.

  2. Weeks 3 to 4

    Clarity

Your values and your direction. What a good week looks like for you, in specifics.

  3. Weeks 5 to 6

    Structure

Routines, priorities and decisions. Specific tools with real deadlines.

  4. Weeks 7 to 8

    Execution

Accountability. We remove what blocks you and finish with your written plan.

How it starts

  1. Book a free call

30 minutes, online. Pick a time that suits you.

  2. Answer a short questionnaire

Ten minutes, sent before we speak, so the call starts at depth, not small talk.

  3. Get a straight answer

I ask questions, you talk. At the end I tell you whether I can help. If I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

This is for you if

  • You're willing to be challenged and do the work between sessions
  • Your life abroad has been complicated and you're ready to be honest about it
  • You want structure and a deadline, not just someone to listen

This isn't for you if

  • You want validation more than change
  • You expect the coach to do the work
  • You're in crisis right now. Please contact a doctor or local emergency services first.

Not ready for a call? Start with 7 questions.

The Expat Reset Checklist takes 15 minutes. If three or more of the questions catch you off guard, you'll know where to start.

Questions people ask before booking

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching works on direction, structure and action. My psychology training shapes how I work, but I don't diagnose or treat. If you need therapy, I'll tell you and help you find it.

Do I need to live in Czechia?

No. Sessions are online and in English, for expats anywhere.

Why show the price?

So you can decide before the call whether this fits your budget. No discounts, no pressure. The payment plan is the only flexibility.

What if I just moved back home?

That counts. Coming back is its own rebuild, and often a harder one. I did exactly that when I moved back to the Czech Republic.

How direct are you?

I ask you first: soft or full on. Most people who say soft still need a deadline. You'll get both.
